1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and making a reservation at Pompano Beach Pointe Residences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

2. Reservations and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are per night. Additional fees including cleaning fees and service fees are displayed prior to confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by unit. The applicable policy is shown on each unit listing and during the booking process.

• Cancellations made before the free-cancellation deadline receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are responsible for all occupants of the unit during their stay. You agree to:

• Respect neighboring residents and maintain reasonable noise levels.
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the unit.
• Not smoke inside any unit (designated outdoor areas may be available).
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Pets

Pets may be permitted in select units subject to prior written approval and payment of a pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges and/or termination of the stay without refund.

7. Damage and Liability

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the card on file for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Pompano Beach Pointe Residences is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
